Ogba Zoo and Nature Park is a wildlife conservation center in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. It houses 750 Acres of Urban Park with Biological Garden, wildlife species and irresistible features for conservation, education and relaxation.

The History of Ogba Zoo
Ogba Zoo was first a botanical garden and arboretum, created from the Ogba Forest reserve in 1966. In 1971, a zoological garden was introduced without altering the features of the nature park in an urban setting. It is owned by Edo State Government, Ministry of Environment, under Management (PPP). The Zoo is managed by BENZOPA, a Non Governmental Organization which is into Bio-diversity conservation and Eco-tourism.
